The lobby is warm and inviting with modern decor. Breakfast was impressive with many options. Parking fees were unexpected and not disclosed. Loved the live sports events during happy hour.

Location is ideal, offering beautiful city views and close proximity to downtown. Rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable, but there are caveats. Staff is friendly; housekeeping is attentive. The on-site restaurant is impressive, and having a Starbucks is a nice touch. noise was a significant issue. Thin walls made it easy to hear every movement from adjoining rooms. The shower cleanliness needs attention—unwelcome hair was a major letdown. parking fees were unexpectedly steep, and a lack of microwaves limited my dining options. With improved maintenance and clearer communication about fees, this place could really shine. It has potential, but it's not quite there yet.

The lobby greets you with style, and the view from my room made me feel like a celebrity. The pool area is a nice mix of indoors and outdoors, perfect for lounging.
Parking isn’t free, which feels a bit cheap for the price.

The room was dirty with leftover clothing, hair on the bathroom floor, and live bugs everywhere. The noise from guests and the ice machine made it impossible to sleep. Just a terrible experience overall.

Had a great Xmas stay at a hotel near the airport. The friendly staff and clean facilities made our trip enjoyable. Being close to the airport made our early morning flight a breeze. The security was top, notch, handling a disturbance promptly.
The lack of room amenities, like microwaves, and the thin walls were a downside. Some staff members gave conflicting information, causing confusion.

The spacious room was aesthetically pleasing, with clean decor that made for a welcoming environment. the walls were thin; I could clearly hear conversations and disturbances from neighboring rooms. The bed felt smaller than a typical king, making my family feel a bit cramped. Temperature control was a challenge, as the room remained uncomfortably warm even at 67 degrees. The bathroom door didn’t lock, and there was no vent, which was inconvenient. A tiny fridge was available, but not much else in the way of amenities. Room service was exceptional, and I appreciated the friendly staff.

My stay was absolutely delightful! The restaurant served some of the best food I've ever had, and the staff felt like family. The indoor and outdoor pools were stunning, making it hard to leave the sun loungers!

The location was convenient, with a shuttle service to downtown and a short drive to popular spots like the mall. The comfortable bed and soundproof windows made for peaceful nights. Additionally, the hotel had plenty of parking spaces available.
Some issues were encountered, such as being charged a non-refundable pet deposit without prior communication. Furthermore, cleanliness concerns included a long strand of hair in the shower and what appeared to be mold spots on the shower liner.

Let's start with the good stuff, the room was clean and the housekeeping staff were super friendly. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was spacious. I also loved the pool and the exercise room, great spot to unwind after a long day. But here's where things could have been better, the bathroom door didn't lock, and there was no vent which made it a bit stuffy. The lack of a microwave in the room was a downside, and having to pay $20 per day for parking felt a bit steep. Oh, and there was no complimentary breakfast which was a bummer, I mean, who doesn't love a good free breakfast, right? . All in all, the Sonesta had its pros and cons. It's a decent place to stay if you're looking for a clean room and friendly staff, but there are definitely areas that could use some improvement. Just be prepared for those extra costs and maybe bring your own breakfast goodies!

Enjoyed the dining options with the Nashville Tap House and Starbucks. The hotel provided a great mix of amenities for both business and leisure guests. I had a laugh exploring the culturally enriching experiences.
Had a blast paying for parking and finding my own spot in the large lot.

I chose Sonesta for its close proximity to the Grand Ole Opry, a place I've been longing to visit. The free shuttle service at the property was a pleasant surprise, making it easy for me to explore the city. I also enjoyed the Taphouse, where I savored a meal with local craft beer and bourbon.

The staff is friendly, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is terrific. The omelette chef was attentive to special requests.
Felt like it was a home away from home, no complaint.
